Puppy Classes
We hold regular weekly puppy classes run by Kay Dodds, one of our very experienced and dedicated nurses. Kay is a Certificate IV qualified nurse who has a special interest in animal behaviour.
Puppy classes provide important socialisation opportunities for new pups as well as covering behavioural, nutritional and grooming topics. We notice a huge difference in pups who have taken part in our puppy school programme when they return later for de-sexing or vaccinations – they are actually pleased to be coming to the vet, which reduces stress for everyone!
Each programme runs for a period of four weeks on a Tuesday evening. Age limits do apply and all pups must have their first vaccination before attending.
