Book Appointment Location & Contact

All accounts must be settled on discharge. If you have had a vet on property, our customer care team will contact you in regards to payment. If you think you will have an issue paying the account, please talk to our customer care team before we commence treatment. We have VetPay available for those requiring a payment plan. We do not provide accounts.

Yes – you can book a small animal appointment online.

If you would like to make an appointment for your farm animal or horse, we have an online booking form to complete and our customer care team will be in contact in the next 24 hours to schedule your appointment.

Bungendore Vet operates by appointments only. In case of an emergency, it is always best to call first so we can ensure we are prepared and ready for your arrival.

We perform ROUTINE surgeries on weekdays only. If your animal requires EMERGENCY surgery, this can be performed on weekends and out of hours but is at the discretion of the vet on call and is based on staff availability.

Yes-but space is limited. If you would like to leave your float at the clinic, please enquire at the time of booking and follow the directions of our staff for parking on arrival to the clinic

Yes – we work with a wonderful company called Paws to Remember. This is a service that we can arrange at your request. Paws to Remember guarantees private cremation for your pet. They use a process called green cremation (also sometimes called bio cremation) that utilises alkaline hydrolysis to cremate. It is a more natural method that is more gentle and environmentally friendly. There are many beautiful and unique options for the return of your beloved pet’s ashes. Please contact us for all of the selections.
